Phantom Lures Softtail flat out catch fish. They are great all season producer, We like to fast hop them around weed edges in the summer with short fast taps of the rod tip with a slight slack line pause. Try slowing Phantoms down in cold front conditions leaving them hang a little longer in the pause to entice that tight lipped neutral fish into having a snack.
